Interesting look. Certainly can't expect a board to always choose the right people, but they seem to have missed the mark by a long mile. Looks like this particular PhD was Up the Organization in a big big way.

This just adds to the growing mountain of evidence that most companies pay far to much money for their CEO's, and throw even more good money after bad when they have to fork over their incredibly stupid "severence pay packages" when the relationship turns sour..... When are these so-called "highly educated" people that sit in board rooms ever going to learn? Perhaps never the way things are going now..... Angry Yogi
