Yes, it is. Backwardation is clearly increasing in NG, I think it may be forecasting a shrub win. (Therefore increased production efforts and lower prices going out). Rig counts have been rising also, so the production should be on line by summer. OTOH, as you know, electricity generation is consuming steadily increasing quantities of NG. Accoding to the AGA, they've had 2 good weeks of NG storage after MONTHS of feeble pipeline injections, so overall storage is still at near crisis levels. If we have even an average winter, I think we'll hit 6.00, at least for a few weeks.
