WEIR another MM entered the frey yesterday. The MM has quietly been moving up his bid on a daily basis. I see someone on RB did get through to the CFO. No time frame as of today on the Court hearing. First, they still need to form a committee, then submit the restructuring to the courts. Once we do see a court date it is definite candidate for the TGL.
