Republican party consists of some old geezers with youthful indiscretions.<vbg>
While this will not in any shape or form change the election outcome, I do find it very interesting to see people squirm. Could not contain myself to stay away from posting.

This is step 1 of restoring honor and dignity to WH. Watch for many more to come, especially after GWB is elected.

I'm totally comfortable with the way Mr. Bush has covered this....If I had had that happen, after 24 years, and after it had been taken off my driving record, I'd feel it was OK too. He did not kill or maim anyone as did Ted Kennedy.

I think it is interesting however, that Mr. Connelly decided NOW was a good time, after 24 years, to bring this to anyone's attention. And ESPECIALLY, when we can now see that his failed campaign for governor still needed funding 2 years later......Doesn't that strike you as a little bit odd???

<<It doesn't matter who Tom Connelly is. Bush covered up the incident. Any good citizen had a duty to inform the American public, since Bush obviously was deceptive in the matter and lied...>>

Umm, where have I heard those words before? Perhaps...

"It doesn't matter who [Linda Tripp] is. [Clinton] covered up the incident. Any good citizen had a duty to inform the American public, since [Clinton] obviously was deceptive in the matter and lied... "

Naaaahhh...
