This guy is correct except for one thing - every now and then and the Q is one also along with MSFT, there comes along a company that has one attribute others don't and it is not taught at the finer Business Universities. It is known as the KOA factor.

Dealer,
<At the very least, Rambus presents a fascinating case study for our second Rule Breaker criterion: sustainable advantage through, among other things, patents.>

It's curious to note that this article thinks "Rule Breaker" criterion is through patents. One of the fundamentals of the drug and semiconductor industry as well as emerging biotech industries has been patents as offensive weapons. In any product company, I usually look there first as part of dd. Some of these pundits are breathtakingly out of it in their observations.

Anyway......with a client all day...didn't see the market...until a few minutes ago. It's Friday...my lady and I are out to dinner....what a day...I'm a very lucky man.

Cheers everyone
