My guess is that the systems business is going down the toilet. Mandy will have to lay off many very loyal employees from the division that is the genesis of the current company. All to prepare the division for a sale, spinoff or other action while completing the transformation of MLT back into a vibrant growing going concern. He's human. I'm happy to see that the leader of this company isn't smiling and joking about the actions that must be taken to get back on track. All the same, if one were to look at MLT as a turnaround, it's one which is already very successful judging by the results and progress on the semiconductor side. Just my 2¢. Ian.
