No I would NEVER trade every 15 minutes, would drive me NUTS. Would be less stressful to be NYC taxi driver <g> In fact when I hold 24 hours I often regret it--as in not waiting till yesterday or today to flip beas and ciena calls from their selloff earlier this week.

Swing or position trading, okay...also longer term calls, and even stock for years at a time (JDSU).

So don't worry about that.
