I've been trying to point out to many that while company officials are generally more honest than other sources of info, they are not immune to mistakes or wishful thinking. So IMO anyone who just takes the company's word at its face value or does not know how to read between the lines, should not bother with the stock market.

it was clear that SK's bold statements partially influenced many of you to hold on or buy

Not in my case. The way to beat the market is to be willing to do what it is not; in my case that means choosing an investment horizon longer than the average market participant. If you look at the 8 year chart of KLIC, you'll see that when it falls, it loses 2/3 of its value. On the other hand, the stock quadruples on the rise. So when I saw the stock losing 2/3 of its value, I bought in. I will patiently and without regret wait for the next peak within 2 years from now. Gaining 400% in 2 years is good enough for me. This was the game plan from the start.

You should all consider joining the suit.

No thanks. I find it much more fruitful to quadruple my money within 2 years. Not to mention these law suits don't go anywhere.
