Cooters, recall that First Union per Roberts got us all hot and bothered a few months ago when it said that its reliable sources had told them that it was just a matter of a few days before CDMA was allowed as an ETSI standard.

I waited, and waited, and waited...still waiting. Since then, I take what First Union says about confirmations and such with a grain of salt.
