$3-$5 seems optimistic for CRWN. 1x sales, which would be the norm for such a company is under a dollar a share.
I agree with you about companies such as this going up after lockup, except it is normally because their issuer is promoting them, which I cannot find in this case.

typically, these stocks will base or even go up after lockup. eventually selling pressure drops the price WAY down as I expect will happen to CRWN.

value is in $3 - $5 range IMO
