I have seen a not-for-profit publication for the promotion of "outsider" art and the education of those who are interested. Inasmuch as this is way outside my area of expertise I don't recall what it is called, but do remember who would know. If this has the potential to get you what you want I would be pleased to phone them and pass the info on to you. Let me know.
