That is some fairly smart thinking. Yes I too was buying for the same reasons you were. Added incentives were the company's conference call statements. I do feel misled, but if I had not bought in at $15ish before, I would have bought in today. So lawsuit wise it is a non event for me. I'm down $3 but that can be traded away quickly, actually it probably already has been. Either way I got 2 years to wait as well. Bottom line though is that the company misled a lot of investors the last few months in my opinion. And oneday such things will eventually cause the management to lose control. Here's hoping a hostile cash takeover is brewing so I can profit sooner than 2 years out. I know which way my shares would vote.

I bet the company could be had for $20 right now.

I've gotten notices about many class action lawsuits in my time and I am sure the rest of you have too. The upshot of them was that the class got nothing meaningful out of them and the lawyers got rich. So why would we want to see a company's funds and management time wasted on one of these?
