That is some fairly smart thinking. Yes I too was buying for the same reasons you were. Added incentives were the company's conference call statements. I do feel misled, but if I had not bought in at $15ish before, I would have bought in today. So lawsuit wise it is a non event for me. I'm down $3 but that can be traded away quickly, actually it probably already has been. Either way I got 2 years to wait as well. Bottom line though is that the company misled a lot of investors the last few months in my opinion. And oneday such things will eventually cause the management to lose control. Here's hoping a hostile cash takeover is brewing so I can profit sooner than 2 years out. I know which way my shares would vote. I bet the company could be had for $20 right now.
