I listened to the CC and Nelson was pretty pis*ed about the whole operation. It appears that he wanted to go back to the old business model were they buy small companies. The only problem is that nobody is spending much money on software these days so I'm not sure how that will pan out.

The other interesting thing that I have noticed was that since the CC they haven't purchase any small companies and now he is stepping down so my guess is that they will be sold. Probably to two or three companies. The way the stock price is trading it sure doesn't look like they will fetch that much.

You are probably correct on the quarter. It's going to be a disaster. I would think by then they should have an announcement on the sale or else things could get really ugly.
