new portfolio started to monitor the current buy recommendations among the Gruss biotech universe...... siliconinvestor.com Shares chosen such that there was approximately equal weighting among the various issues. Starting value, using today's closing prices, is $1229. Won't even charge them any commission. Some will remember that Oscar Weinermobile was hitting on biotechs a few months ago. Their buy recommendations are down about 31% since 11/3/00. They were sort of correct....... if one had purchased their recommendations, one would be broke. I'm not. Go figure.
