I live in Calif- we have lots of illegals. They seem very productive and do lots of jobs that no American would touch- I'm sure lots of the fine inexpensive produce in my house, was picked by illegals. I WANT them to have access to health and education. I don't want them spreading diseases because they were too afraid, or too poor to get health care. I'd like them to be able to read and write- I'd like the whole world to be able to read and write- the more educated people are the more chance they will be good citizens of the world- and I am willing to pay money for that. I tend to care about the people who are already born. I understand if you don't care about illegals. It doesn't seem very rational to me getting all weepy about fetuses and not caring about already born illegal aliens- but whatever. I know- life begins at conception and ends...at birth. It's a convenient system- and you only have to care about people for 9 months! Different strokes for different folks.
