Yes, the fee is $1 for EACH partial fill of an Island order. It can add up sometimes, but, I evaluated several months worth of Island orders and found the average to be 1.81 partials per Island order, resulting in a base commission of $11.81 average.

And yes, the same applies to SOES orders (.50 per partial) and SNET (2.50 per partial). But with these orders, I usually get filled in one part, sometimes two, or the MM moves and you don't get the balance of the order at all.
