Dear Blankmind: This pot business about Gore was discussed on the FOX channel last night. The commentator says the revelations, supposedly by his (Gores) best friend are all on tape and he is astounded the Republican Party hasnt used them. Speaking personally only, I came away from that interview believing Gore is a HABITUAL Pot smoker. I hate to think of a guy with his finger on the Nuclear trigger possibly high on Pot that day?? I hope I misunderstood the interview for the sake of us all. But, frankly, I really wish this had been uncovered and broadcast IF TRUE by the Press. Seems to me it is EVEN MORE important than the state of a Presidents Physical health. JDN

ROFL
I'm sure YOU may think it's been proved. I've read the Drudgereport, and talk radio is hardly reliable. I expect real reasonable proof. I can understand, when you are ideologically committed to something, that it's easy to lower the standard of proof you accept. I wouldn't accept innuendo and that kind of "reporting" about Gore OR Bush myself. I don't trust you, I don't trust anyone who acts like the Drudgereport and Talk radio have anywhere near the kind of standards as the mainstream media (and even the regular media's standards are none too high).

People who say "trust me" are almost always untrustworthy. Truly trustworthy people don't need to say that.

blankmind: Regarding "...liberal Democrats who control the
media cover for the Democrats..."
Which liberal Democrats control the media? The drunken Bush story was broken by a Fox newstation. Fox is owned by News Corp. Rupert Murdoch is your man. Liberal Democrat? M2
