Yeah, I get a big laugh out of people who collect Canada pension, and live in subsidised housing, knocking Unions. What do they think? Big business brought this stuff in because they liked them?
The media foments this thinking and these idiots think that somehow they are in some not quite so apparent way, part of the elite class.
I love the line that " Well unions used to be OK, but now they are too big".
Brainwashing's got nothing on TV, and newspapers.
I'm not the type to be a union man, but I appreciate all of the sacrifices that they have endured to improve the lot of all of us.
One of my Pals was a manager at Hydro. Every time that the Union struck, and got a raise, guess what? Management gave themselves an even bigger raise. Ho ho ho
