Ike, I have seen companies recover from the CCRI protection and typically their shares bounce quite a bit upwards when that happens.
That short yahoo article give little detail about the company and they may be years from production?

The TSE does allow companies to work out their problems before they boot them, unless a clear cut fraud is found, like that magnet company. Once they work their problems out they are usually allowed some time to comform to the continued listing requirements.
Mining companies, esp exploration ones, have more latitude as they do go from feast to famine and if they got booted in a famine they would soon clear tham all off the Toronto board, and guess where the mature mining companies come from?
