If you are referring to PCOS, there is nothing offshore about them unless you consider a California MM to be "offshore."

All you do is post a lot of irrelevant information which apparently you are unable to connect to HRCT in any meaningful way. You are a waste of time.

Apparently this subject is of great interest to you. It isn't to me. I only own 2 OTC stocks and I don't have enough money invested in either of them to concern me one way or the other. I can afford to write them off completely and be satisfied with the entertainment value they provided. If either of them should go on to reward me in a significant way financially, then so much the better. I will continue to root for them. Starting new companies with minimum capital is a risky business and most will fail even if the management gives it their best efforts. That is why the rewards for taking the risk of investing in them can be great when they succeed. If you don't like them; don't buy their stock - pretty simple. Tilting at windmills is a waste of time... your efforts would be better spent elsewhere.
