Frank, In Texas about 40% of the people bother to vote so Dubya's 70% is less impressive than it seems. In fact, that is another area where Texas has one of the worst records in the country. They are #3 in low voter turnout.

Dear Frank: Bush is coming to West Palm Beach tomorrow and i am going to the rally. Republican party just called said 10:30 on Southern Bvld. I didnt get the first part, is it at the Fair Grounds? JDN
