PREDICTION>>>>

At some point by the end of 2001, Coastal and the State
of Florida will settle for a respectable monetary amount.
Of course, it will be far less then what the leases are
really worth but still good enough to make most shareholders
reasonably happy. After buying back the leases, the State
of Florida will sit on the leases and do nothing for about
5 years. Then as more pressure to find sources of natural
resources than lowers the United States dependence on the
Middle East; Florida will reconsider the drilling situation
and decide to start drilling. The State of Florida will
reap countless Billions of revenue.
