According to an ABC News poll, 91% of all voters have read or heard something about Bush being arrested for a DUI in '76. Just 15% of voters said knowing about the arrest raises questions about whether Bush is qualified to be pres. And only 7% said it was a serious concern. As a result of the reports about Bush's arrest, 87% (84% of Dems and 89% of GOPers) said it would make no difference to their vote; 5% said the news would make them more likely to support Bush and 7% said it would make them less likely. The poll was conducted 11/3 among 697 likely voters; margin of error +/- 4%.
