After having been abysmally wrong in my perceptions of people in 3d I try no to make decisions based on perceptions. Gore's policy is aligned more closely with mine so I choose him (nasty big government liberal that I am). If I turn up anything searching I'll send it to you.

This is truly the season for dirty tricks in politics. I have searched for a law firm with a Dick Hermann. He can't be too prominent because I can't find him. I did find a Jerry Hermann in Houma, Louisiana. However, I feel reasonably certain that is not the alleged Dick Hermann you refer to. Please let us know if you locate him. Otherwise, I will believe it is simply another dirty Gore trick brought out in desperation.
