Lino...: They have, and do. And interestingly, I've heard countless times on CNBC news about how many elderly US residents are coming across to Canada to get cheap medicine that they can't afford in the US. I guess all is not sweet down there, either.

But then again, their system is far, far more complex than ours. We don't have healthcare agencies over-ruling prescriptions that doctors give their patients, and subsequently the patient doesn't get reimbursed for the drug they just bought. Man. I sure wouldn't want to go see a doctor, get a prescription, spend a few hundred bucks on drugs, get feeling all better, and then be told by some beaurocrat that the medicine was the wrong one!!!

Crap. That would be a kick in the dentures.
