Frank, Gore does not claim to be morally superior to Bush. ore has never said "vote for me because I am a morally superior person to Bush". Gore has argued that he has the better platform. Gore argues policy, Bush argues morals.

Gore's possible indiscretions have been under the microscpe for the past year by GW Bush and the media, bith mainstream and not. I don't fear anything Gore has hidden because I can be pretty certain that it's all out. Bush is developing a laundry list of not-so-youthful indiscrtetions that he has obfuscated using smoke and mirrors.

Bush should at least be held to the standards he asks us to use on Gore. In that light, Bush doesn't seem like such an attractive candidate. Since Bush refused to argue the merits of his programs, he's got nothing to fall back on. That's his own fault, although if I were Bush I wouldn't not too much attenton paid to my weak and foolish ideas either. Anytime Bush's plans are scrutinized, Bush comes out looking like a man who is not ready for the Presidency.
