frank, i don't believe in a magic pill to make everything right. one could also argue that the trickle up theory would also improve the economy. one HUGE mistake reagan made was to not limit spending. if the deficits continued to grow at reagonomic levels then we'd be toast. burnt toast.

also, the gap between the rich and poor has continually increased (this s/b obvious as it take money to make money).

america offers different advantages to different people. those extremely fortunate, imho, should pay a higher rate. not for pork barrel, political spending to pave the same roads 2 times a year. but, for meaningful programs that actually add value to people's live.

this would lower everyone's taxes. and it will never happen. selfish motivation will prevent it.
