The long standing orchestration of a low gold price will blow up on the Gold Cartel no matter what they do at this point, but $260+ gold is speeding up the process and it is becoming apparent to the cartel that they may have substantially miscalculated the magnitude of their problem. Guess one might say that too much of a bad thing is good, yes, but its a hell of a trip, rather taken the easy route.
