Zoltan!, in a race this tight, assuming that is, a few votes here and there could cost Bush the election. Some have said that Bush must beat Gore by na margin of 2% to win the Electoral College. It doesn't have to turn the entire world against Bush. Again, this assumes that Bush is not much farther ahead in the polls.

DUI important as it shows a glimpse behind the facade which Bush has been desperately trying to keep a lid on. He says he "learned his lesson" but that's a total lie. He was an alcoholic for ten more years after this DUI arrest. Also he says he hasn't touched a drop in 14 years but you can download a tape of him at a wedding in 92 getting plastered and making rude remarks to people. Just hiding from the truth. Possibly in denial himself as he never got tratment for alcoholism or dylexia, both which he suffers from.
