Clinton's scandals on the draft, Whitewater, and the Arkansas educational system came out during his primary run against the other Democrats. By March of that year, well before the Democratic candidate was decided, it was old news.

FICA tax is a nice little scam the government is running. Last year, the income subject to FICA tax grew by $ 4,200 or over 6%. Yet, the benefits grew by around 1 or 2%, thanks to the rigged CPI. Other than the government employees' salaries, everything else the government pays is rigged to that cute little CPI.
