Thanks Frank, From the flippant to the sublime. My pith to your pit of the matter. Consultancy is a multi-faceted Cerebrus and I hope no one to offense, or even considered my comment to be anything more than it was meant to be. A late night chat thread bon mot, tossed off lightly and with little thought toward serious followup. Your comments on the role of the W-2 in changing the face of American business are noted. Clearly, one of the important goals for any future administration ought to be the utter repudiation of the swiss cheese we call the IRS code. Anachronistic, petty and riddled with special favors, it makes a mockery of the fairness of our democracy. I'm not holding my breath however...... :) Best, Ray
