Thats good, but the current driver Rick Mast was a good guy and now he is out of a job. The 14 car was not even making races this year until Mast took over midseason. Bringing Hornaday in should get the team and Conseco a lot of exposure next year as Hornaday is eligible for the rookie of the year points system. But on the flip side the Foyt team seems to be a revolving door and is prone to run at the back or not even make races. This is more than likely a good advertising medium for Conseco. They do get some exposure, the car is recognizable, Mast was usually a good interview, Hornaday wil be as well, and I doubt Conseco was paying top dollar to be featured on the car as this is not a top level team.
