Hi Satish,
I 've been busy for a few day, but always go through the back posts on this informative thread. I've seen your problem once before and it was due to a "cold" memory problem. The problem always went away once the computer warmed up, but was always there the next morning if it was turned off over night. Anyway, I solved it by replacing the memory. Since the memory always tested fine, I ended up swapping out one simm a day until I identified the bad one. I was pointed in the memory direction as a possible source of the problem by an infrequent memory complaint on bootup by himem.sys.
