Rationally- I think there is a difference between forcing something on someone's body, and forcing something out of someone's pocket book. Forcing a woman to have child is the most extreme and intrusive kind of coercion. Rarely do people campaign against their own interests- so I doubt you'll see women lining up to campaign for an end to child support. And of course, when it's not in mens' interest to campaign for choice, they aren't going to do that either.

You asked ME what I thought- and I told you. What society does is what society does. I do my bit by always voting, and trying to be fair and reasonable- in my own way- as I am sure you do. However fairness and reason can take you to different places politically (as we are clearly in different places) and most people don't even make the attempt to be fair and reasonable. I wouldn't hold out much hope of any large group ever vociferously advocating a position against the self interest of it's members.
