the interest rate situation - I posted data downloaded from Baseline, which is a computer system used in the investment community. It is raw interest rate data. I also posted a link to another website that has a narration that goes along with data that somebody else graphed. Baseline itself will create an overlay of Presidential administrations vs. interest rates. I would have liked to post that since my assertion literally jumped off the page, but it does not cut and paste.
