Gore HAS been trying recently to act like our favorite frat boy at the beer fest (Gore #6? Or is it #7?). The problem is, he's not our favorite anything, and makes a fool of himself trying.

Al Gore a Boyscout??? You must be kidding... Al Gore's military career consisted of being a reporter for Stars and Stripes, being in 'Nam for 4 1/2 months (despite the usual tour of duty being 1 year), going to Divinity School (getting the early deferment for it), and then dropping out. Students at Yale remember AlGore as the guy who layed around the pool smoking marijuana. Lucky for Alpha Gore, he was a child of priveledge. His daddy was Senator so AlGore never had to wear or sing Union Label Songs. His family used to eat at "Whites Only" restraunts while the black maid sat in the car. Despite claims by Gore that his dad was a supporter of civil rights, his father actually voted against the 1964 Civil Rights Bill. I'm sorry, but no amount of lies is going to salvage Gore's reputation at this point. -John
