in the original post it is all explained. actually, the question should be not what I meant, but what clinton and gore meant when clearly they keep making stuff up. billary believes that if you tell a lie often enough, people will believe you. This interest rate thing is interesting. So far, no supporter of Bubba or Gore has challenged the accuracy of the data or come up with an explanation for Gore and Cliton's claims. So far, there has just been silence. On other issues that are subject to interpretation, there is more back and forth debate. But Cliton and Alfonse blew it on this one.
