How many times should Al Gore have been arrested while VP, but wasn't because Reno was his hack?

Spiro Agnew was a cleaner VP than Gore. Sad thing is, that really is true. Nixon just didn't have the political clout left to axe him. And, I guess, it was a time when the Nation was more concerned with prosecuting crooked politicians who were busy illegally lining their own pockets (and that of their party).
