If you're governor wasn't so busy taking naps, jogging and playing computer games maybe you would have cleaner air, better medical care for children, fewer guns in churches and a little more respect from the states unfortunate enough to share a common border with Texas.

But, then, you do have Ross Perot. ROFLMAO!
