I can't really help you then, because IMO it's all in there. But maybe you should think it through a little more. You have to understand things like 3D Web, Shoutcast, Stan Lee Media, etc. If you do understand that Perceptronics has created a platform that might be licensed to all comers in a potentially explosive industry (just look at the list of DNA's recent projects), and still don't like the stock, I guess that puts you in the majority because at .40 offer there must be a lot more people who don't like it than who do.

IMO that ROE has no significance, because the company has remade itself and sold off its core business in July. I'm looking forward, not backward, and I see a well-positioned company with terrific management and a risk-reward ratio of 10 or 20 to 1.

You mentioned "sell on news"... to me, the lack of selling on the news (maybe 3-4 sellers to 20-25 buyers) may also be a clue that something is atypical here.
