I love nuts. And seeds. They are full of fat, probably why I like them. I could live on nuts and seeds, hell I did, when I first quit smoking. Thought they were healthy, made me fat.

When I jumped into my Jeep wearing gym shorts on this 40 degree morning I was glad I went ahead and bought the fancy heated seats. The heated lumbar support makes my back feel so good I may move the TV to the garage.
