Recent visit to the elottery free ISP revealed that the home page is under construction. It seems they are waiting for a large client to advertize on the home page. They should not waste valuable time to wait. Put in their own advertizements for their own affiliates, until then. Elotteryfreeway is coming along with old economy firms' banners. New economy banners may have uncollectible revenues. Elottonet has improved email advertizing for their clients each day. And we understand that they have income from advertizers.
