This is a conscience decision on their part which results in them inflicting a pseduo mental illeness onto themselves. Very few are actually mentalilly ill except in the non-ability to expand emotions outside their own space. As for Saddam, he is not in the above catagory and understands both sides of mental wellness and illness, both from natural and self inflicted ways, which gives him the ability to be successful for his objectives and know whats required for staying power and what traps to advoid by others and self inflicted. As for the other rulers, eventhought they may lack the awareness and purpose and not have a clear reality except for their present well being for today and the tomorrows, they do control wealth and power than can be used against those who they support that have no weakness or regrets to cause chaos world wide... at the end of the day the usa ecoonomy will collapse and take along with it the nice "room & board" accomodations of those power that Be clueless to ... My info is that it has been decided not to have any unusual event prior to usa tuesday night until usa prez is decided. After that my info says "we will live in very interesting times". Its a question you did not ask, but if one would wonder how things would have been different if prez clinSin did not do the last 8 years, or if one would wonder how the far future will be different under gore or bush, my reply is that long term as in 100 years or 1,000 years, it will not change "whats important", and rather than explain what that is I will reply that these end results which are simply a continuation, is all "evil" and the only way for "good" to arrive and stay needs the rulers and powers that Be to become Ayn Rand fans. doug
