that all of the plaintiff Dramarai regularly inspected foreign patents grants in this area as part of their ordinary course of business.

If I recall correctly, were JEDEC members in fact consistently ignoring the disclosure rules, this would also create an ordinary course of business defense for RMBS. The ordinary course of business "doctrine" is very persuasive to the courts when looking at business dealings because it shows the plain meaning of the contract and/or guidelines without any of the ancillary piffle contained in so many legal documents.

Hmmmm.... JEDEC must have had a huge legal staff to review all the thousands of DRAM patents that might affect one of their standards. <ROTFLMAO>
