Hi, Peter - Thanks, that explains a lot. Every 10 years, if I understand, a slice of spectrum comes up for review and possible re-allocation. The system seems to have the benefit of not allowing users with debatable technology to become entrenched. Still, with the rise of the internet, and all these new air interfaces, the FCC seems destined to become a hotbed of activity for the next decade. Studying the FCC, and lobbying directed at it, will be a fascinating exercise. Certainly the FCC's decisions will guide the investment of billions of dollars. Regards, Jim
