Wrong. He's not a lush anymore. His determination to change his life and success in doing so is admirable. Contrast it with Whopper Al's failure to control his boasts and lies. Bush was part of a successful business enterprise. Business failures are not a shame. People learn from mistakes. Bush has been an effective leader in Texas, our second largest state. I admire his adherence to faith in God. I don't believe he lied about his DUI "arrest" and as a parent myself I fully understand why he would not want his daughters to know.

We don't need another eight years of lies and corruption. I'm much more interested in a full investigation of Gore's secret Russian arms deal, the sellout of our nuclear secrets and in how many felonies Clinton and Gore committed raising campaign cash in '96. Gore's calls for campaign finance reform are the height of hypocrisy and much more telling character issue than a 24 year old DUI. A 24 year old DUI is irrelevant. An honest invesitgation of the crimes of the Clinton/Gore administration will never happen unless the corrupt Clinton/Gore DOJ is cleaned out by a new administration. That's why I'm still with Bush.

That's a helluva lot better than what we've had the last 8 years. If you think GWB is one thousandth as unethical as clinton/gore, you're a lunatic.knc
