Clinton as head of the U.N. would be a perfect fit. We could then start dismantling the U.S. military in favor of a World Military Organization. Sort of what we had in the Korean War. A "Star Wars" ABM system would no longer be necessary. We could cut our military budget back by 75% and use the savings to extend free health-care benefits to all Americans. We would truly fulfill LBJ's dream of a "Great Society." But the first thing we must do is put the militarists in their place and embrace the concept of a true "United Nations."
