Paul,

Re: "That problem (760) was already fixed, if it ever existed."

Excuse me?

Are you saying that AMD's problem THAT DIDN'T EXIST was somehow FIXED ?

Now why don't you explain how you can fix problems that don't exist?

What part of "if" don't you understand?

Scumbria

You can't. What you can do is fix the bugs before you ship the product. Then problems do not exist in the shipping product.

Intel should try shipping products this way sometime.

under the federal rules of civil procedure and the new york civil practice law and rules you can plead alternatively. for instance if you are sued for putting a hole in someone's bucket, you can plead (answer): 1. i never had the bucket 2. i returned the bucket in good condition
3. the bucket had a hole in it when i got it
