well Ern...... they know that the few holdovers left in the stock can be rooted out if they delay til the end of the year. That's my take. No follow through on anything by the murphs. Maybe a contingency legal crew will come along, I thought there might be some interest shown by now. It would appear that the little bit of assets left, and a tad of insurance might be detering serious counsel from being interested, who knows? The sec threw us a curve in that regard. The murphs might not have started out as scamsters, but they are tucking away this reputation here at the end. They are probably still living well, I'm sure, I mean he probably still thinks its all his baby. Though it appears to be another busted bb play, you can't help but want to put it in personal terms. I'll sure join in if a white knight presents himself. Better hurry though not much time to work with, imo.

I don't understand the basis for your hope and persistant begging for Murphy to thank us for screwing us. EDLF, Look, you're not getting what I'm saying, and I'm not obligated to appease what you think I should be doing. This is a discussion board and you're posting here offering suggestions without my directing you on what is the "right" thing to do. You can always put me on ignore. Your lame interpretation i.e., putting words in my mouth that I'm persistent in "begging" Murphy for anything is absurd. My comments were directed at character. I wouldn't ask Murphy for the time of day without verifying it through a nun, priest and two rabbis. Even then I'd ask for their crosses and Stars Of David for I.D's. As far as hope, even I buy a lottery ticket now and then. Although the chances of Shatsoff doing anything other than proscribing what his associates have demonstrated is minimal, it's still a remotely possible we could see .25 or more in time. Not having a major gain, I'd rather hold these "cheap options" than take the loss at this level...assuming we even get the dam* shares from these manipulative clowns. You (obviously) haven't had luck procuring an attorney who will take this mess on contingency. Nor have two others I've been in contact with. This kind of thing takes time, research and discovery...and it "ain't" going to get a new law student/attorney in the paper for noble efforts. This is esoteric to us. It's going to take someone willing to put out the cash with a long shot something will come back. If you do find a quixotic attorney, I hope you share your information. You'd have a legion of people thanking you. I'd like to see some justice here for all of us, but life isn't fair even if we think it shouldn't cheat this much. Keep in mind, I'm on your side Ernie for all the reasons I've communicated to you privately. Onward, George PS-Has anyone heard from Joe Medsker?
