Hi RM,

good question. As you might have noticed about me, I'm not the typical options investor. I think the correct way to invest in options is the way yourself, Rick and other educated technicians do it. Me personally, I start with an unshakable Faith in the stock I am about commit to, then I pick a month that will give me enough time to overcome all the machinations that will come as a result of a hated stock like RMBS. Now, what the normal and I feel CORRECT investor will do is put in stops and possibly get knocked out from time to time and reenter to protect their stake. I try to eliminate that by having the time and faith to simply build on my positions if they are brought back by the manipulators. There are few people with the guts or maybe stupidity to build on a large position of options with relatively little time left in them. I do not suggest my way for others because I do not feel that most have the conviction in RMBS that do. Anyone who has followed me knows this is the only way I invest, that is why I keep preaching FAITH and CONVICTION. I realize there is more leverage with your month but I never try to get the nth degree out of any investment. That is why I really never have a problem selling unless it is a stock that is down that I have Faith in.
